How do I know if this program is for me?

Do you want to find more self-love in your life? Do you want guidance on how to start that journey? Do you want a calendar and a program that gives you guided direction to make strides to find real authentic self love for yourself?

Is this a workout program?

YES, but not in the way you might think. Most fitness programs are after some physical outcome, this is more about how you FEEL. Every day features a type of movement, a unique workout video that can be added to an existing workout routine or a great way to get used to adding movement to your life. The workouts are not intense they are for all levels and each workout is designed to enhance your mind body connection.

Why 36 Days?

Have you heard the old adage that it takes 21 days to form a habit? This is sort of true, but new studies have found it actually takes 30 to 40 days to form a habit. I wanted this challenge to nit be tied to “starting over on Monday” or a certain time period or specific month. Because Self Love should be apart of our life. So I made this challenge longer than a month, but not so long that you can’t handle it. 36 is a beautiful number, its not tied to the 7 days of the week or a 30 day month, its broader and deeper. Because again we are not chasing a specific outcome, we are thinking about how we feel about ourselves. We are connecting with our bodies and our emotions. You can do anything for 36 days, why not try loving yourself for 36 days and seeing how you feel?

What is in this challenge?

This challenge is all about journalling. Yes it’s a fitness program with lots of journalling. Every day asks you a question, to think about, write about or journal about. And each day features a workout. As you go through the challenge you can check off each day, os spend longer with some days as you need to. It’s very organized and easy to follow. You can check off days as you feel ready, or come back after 36 days and revit topics.

What are the journal topics about?

It’s all about YOU babe. Each day I ask you to get to know yourself. Some days I give you a deep dive, with book recommendations if you want more. Some days I just ask you a simply question and ask you to explore that with yourself. The journal topics can be as quick as 5 minutes or you can sit with it for 2 hours. This challenge asks you who you are, who you want to be, it encourages you to get comfortable and accepting with YOUR story and gives you love ans space to sit with those difficult feelings as they arise.

When does it start?

YOU CAN JOIN RIGHT NOW. What is stopping you? It starts whenever you want. You can purchase the program and start whenever you feel ready. The calendar follows you.

How much does it cost?

It’s $3 a day. It’s a cheap cup of coffee every day to focus on yourself. It’s affordable but its still a commitment. I want you to get your moneys worth but I also do not want you to throw money at a thing and never do it. I want you to commit to yourself EVERY SINGLE DAY of this challenge. And remind yourself you ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY.
