This workout requires no weights or equipment. Build Strength at home! You can do this moves sitting in a chair or sitting on the ground. This is a Pilates class, I challenge you here, but listen to your body. Designed for all levels. We stay on the mat for the whole workout and do not get up and down off the mat. Great Workout for Everyone! Consult your with your health professional before beginning an exercise routine. Listen to your body.

You can “see” me on your phone, tablet or laptop. We can do chair exercises, standing exercises or mat exercises ( or all 3). I can give you an at home strength training, at home cardio and flexibility or a combination. I can correct your form in real time and answer your fitness questions. We can start seated and build up your fitness stamina to do more intense workouts. I can show you how to increase your balance and flexibility safely. If you are one of those people who wants to workout at home but lacks the motivation, lets set up a time. 

The whole point of a personal trainer is to help you meet your fitness goals and hold you accountable. You won’t always have the motivation, but lets put it in your calendar and make it a thing that you consistently DO. The results are in consistency! I promise. I

 am weird, and I am fun. I am NOT your PE teacher, I am a carebear. I want you to feel good in your body, have fun and have a FRIEND who believes in you! Don’t be shy, let’s schedule a session for this week. Let me help you BELIEVE in yourself!
